VIPCare

Virtual Predictive Care workflow with EHR-integrated surveillance for optimal follow-up care management for cancer patients.

Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center (Northwestern) · Brigham and Women's Hospital · Dana-Farber Cancer Center · University of Illinois Cancer Center

Follow-up and survivorship care is often deprioritized amid provider shortages and fragmented coordination. Building on a Phase I prostate-cancer system that assigned care state with 95% accuracy, Phase II completes EHR integration, clinical validation, and scalability across three geographically separate institutions — and extends the care-state and follow-up recommendation models to solid cancers including head & neck, breast, lung, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and endometrial.

OnTrial

AI-driven, EHR-integrated clinical trial recruitment tool for recruiting diverse patient populations.

Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University

Addresses clinic-facing delays in trial recruitment, enrollment, and retention. OnTrial systematically reviews patient records and parses them for trial-matching metrics using the same data model used to parse trial criteria — a 1-to-1 structuring of patient and trial data that is the fulcrum of the innovation. Covering breast, thoracic, head & neck, lung, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary patients and trials, every patient seen by participating providers is considered without bias. Deployed on the Vizlitics Platform.

VIPCare

Virtual Predictive Care workflow with integrated surveillance for optimal care protocol selection in at-risk prostate cancer patients.

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc.

A cloud-based clinical decision support system that automatically monitors, tracks, and optimally classifies prostate cancer cases for triage by applying advanced algorithms to curated medical data — the Phase I foundation later expanded to solid cancers under the Phase II award above.

OncoPath

Intelligent clinical pathway decision support for pre-authorization documentation in non-small cell lung cancer treatment.

Henry Ford Health

Oncologists spend roughly $83,000 each per year on pre-authorization. OncoPath moves the manual, error-prone pre-auth documentation process to a digital experience — a first-of-a-kind visual representation of the NCCN Guidelines® with patient data overlaid to review, select, and document treatment alongside supporting evidence.
